Accessibility
Ronin for everyone
Ronin should work with a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom, and any phone.
The standard we work to
We build Ronin to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
Automated accessibility checks run on the home page, the gym directory, gym pages, pricing, sign-up, sign-in, the first checkout page, and this page. Pages you see only after signing in, such as your dashboard, waivers, and check-in, are not yet covered by those automated checks, so we review them by hand.
If something doesn’t work for you
Email support@roninpass.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We reply within 30 days.
If a part of Ronin doesn’t work for you, we’ll help you another way. By email, we can answer questions about plans and gyms, walk you through signing up, and handle changes to your pass or cancelling.
Parts run by other companies
Maps. Gym maps are Google Maps embeds, and we don’t control how they work with assistive technology. Every gym’s address is also written on its page.
Payments. Checkout and managing your card happen on Stripe’s own pages. Stripe controls how those pages work. If one doesn’t work for you, email us and we’ll help.
